  • In a centrally located spot, opposite Archway tower, lay the abandoned 1960’s public toilets, in a complete state of neglect. In a Frankensteinian manner these toilets are brought back from the dead, and through this resurrection become something more, embodied with an energy born of the dark world from which they had risen. Feeding and growing off decay and human waste, a parasitic public toilet is born. By tapping into the Holloway storm relief sewer running 25 feet beneath it, to digest flowing sewage into methane, for the production of electricity; the public toilets are able to ensure their longevity as an economically viable addition to the city.
